Welcome to our website. Below are the terms and conditions governing your use of our services, including illustration, design, and Webflow development.

By accessing our services, you consent to these terms.

Payment

Details on payment will be outlined in project-specific agreements. Initial payment is required to commence work, with final deliverables provided post full payment.

Delivery & Shipping Cost

We send design files digitally via emails, so there are no shipping costs.

‍

Delivery and Failure to Deliver

Delivery time depends on packages/services you purchase. We give you a tentative/approximate deadline for your orders. We try to stick to deadlines but it is also your responsibility to give quick feedback so that overall speed can be maintained. We will email you from time to time and give you updates about our progress or what stage we are currently working on.

Intellectual Property Rights

We retain rights to all works until full payment, after which ownership transfers to you, with the exception that we may use the work for our portfolio and promotional materials. You shall have no rights in any artwork if the project is  canceled and payment is not made. All incomplete artwork will remain our property.

Payment and Return Policy

Should you be dissatisfied with the initial draft after two revisions, we offer a 100% refund. Inactive projects for 30 business days are deemed complete, with no refunds.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms, with continued use of our services indicating acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
